When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed at or before 5:00 PM GMT+3 Monday through Friday. Depending on rare factors such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, warehouse closures etc, fulfillment may take up to 7 days after the order is received.

Will my products be shipped separately or together?

Most the products in your order will ship together (rare exceptions are due to size). Please note: if one of your items is out of stock temporarily, you will be refunded for the out of stock item and your remaining items will be shipped as requested. In these cases we will do our best to alert you when the item is back in stock.

How old do I have to be to order from Lusting Sensation Products?

You must be at least 18 years of age to order from Tinyvelvet Products. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. The packaging we use for this product is completely discreet — it will show up in plain USPS packaging. 😉

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we can accept only orders shipping to the Europe.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped (typically on the next business day). Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Note that although tracking numbers are sent when the order has been packaged for shipment, tracking information does not start to update until the package has arrived at the processing center. Please contact us with any questions you may have. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping USPS Ground shipping is available for most orders being shipped to the US. We do not offer international free shipping at this time.

How do I change my shipping or billing address?

If you notice your shipping or billing address is incorrect after placing your order, please email support@lustingsensation.com

Why won’t my credit card go though successfully?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If your transaction is not going through, please double check that your credit card name, number, expiration date, and billing address are all correct.

My package was never delivered.

Carriers can sometimes mark a package as delivered when it leaves the processing center, and then can be as much as 3 business days before it arrives at your door. The best way to find out the status of your package is for you to contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Purchases made directly from lustingsensation.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund in the form of a website credit, which never expires. Credits are for the price of the product, and DO NOT include the cost of shipping. Please contact our customer service team at support@lustingsensation.com to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to start your return. 

If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.

How do I start my return?

What if my product is defective?

Defective products may be returned to Lusting Sensation within 30 days. Any issues after 30 days of purchase will need to be directed to the manufacturer.

Yes. We prioritize body-safe materials like 100% platinum-grade silicone and hypoallergenic lubricants. We also list all ingredients clearly, so you can shop with confidence if you have allergies or sensitivities.

How do I clean and care for my toys?

Most of our toys can be cleaned with mild, unscented soap and warm water. For extra peace of mind, we also offer toy cleaners that are pH-balanced and body-safe. Always refer to the product care section on each page for specific guidance.

Can I use your toys with any lube?

To protect your toy and your body, we recommend water-based lubricants with silicone toys. If you’re ever unsure, each product page lists compatible lubes to make it easy.
